Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Personal Coach
Prior to becoming a personal training client, I had tried every home workout video from insanity to P90X. My personal training mentor saw how dedicated I was to training that he offered me free training in exchange for teaching group fitness classes his gym.
For years I trained hard and lifted heavy. I started experiencing sciatica pain and stiffness of the hips. I was a bartender for almost 10 years and lived the lifestyle drinking heavily with a few relapses of drug use along the way. I was an athlete my whole life, so exercise played a huge role in my daily living. It helped me deal with depression and anxiety from childhood trauma. I was no longer able to weight train because of so much pain I was experiencing. My job at the time in the bar was very demanding and I was unable to be as mobil and recover from taxing shifts. Someone suggested yoga as a means of physical exercise to combat my pain while getting the benefits of the endorphins from exercise with low impact and joint mobility. I quickly fell in love with the mind-body connection I experienced and began healing emotionally during the end of every class in a pose called savasana.
I learned that yoga was not just about physical exercise, although it had its benefits, but it had a major factor in dealing with things I had shoved away. As I am forever a student, I realized this was something everyone needed and I felt called to become certified to teach, to share this beautiful gift of mind, body, and soul connection. I began pairing my physical rehabilitation with yoga and massage and felt the effects the two had in my body. During quarantine, I felt my heart strings pulling me into yoga and massage school. I took a chance not knowing what the future had in store for me; deciding not to go back to bartending. Focusing on my goals with my 200 RYT training and massage, I was presented with the opportunity to start personal training again. My goal is to reach my community with love, healing, and service by holding space. Yoga saved my life, Massage helped me release, and Weight Training gave me the ability to regain my power back. I am forever grateful. The time is now, I choose this life to serve and share my wisdom with others.

My Mission
My mission is to build an army of women who feel strong and confident in the themselves. Most importantly, I want to build COMMUNITY by supporting one another.
I will help facilitate and guide you through several modalities in yoga, fitness, assisted stretching/mobility and more.
I offer one on one coaching in yoga and personal training in a facility that’s completely private.

Custom 1 on 1 resistance training with meal plan, assisted stretching/hands on adjustments and complimentary shirt

Private Yoga
Tailored Yoga Lessons to meet every individuals needs. Whether you're a beginner or practicing student, I offer tips, drills, chair yoga, and hands on adjustments.

Group Fitness
Private Groups of 4 or less with guided instruction on form/technique; finishing off with a 10 min mobility and stretching routine to aid in recovery
